all the primaries were clean except for one on the drivers side. 
the following two pictures are of the primary after i was done cleaning
up the welds 
the hookers come with gaskets, bolts, 02 sensor extensions, and egr & airtube
gaskets/block-off plates. 
My Hooker headers started rusting, so i sold them (see pics here).
I replaced the Hookers with Jet Hot's own header design:
