But it turns out he is an employee of Enduro Motorsports. I didn't know that when I sent him the funds via paypal (to his dads account) for the coilovers on 7/4/07. Nothing was shipped for over a month so I started asking for a refund. Not sure if its part of his scam, but I got a call from 208-660-2423 claiming to be a customer of his but he said the tracking number shows his package got mailed to me; he says he got my number from UPS which I doubt.
I made a PAYPAL dispute and they ruled in my favor but:

After careful review, we have concluded our investigation of the Buyer Complaint described below.
We have decided in your favor, however, we were unable to recover any funds from the seller's account. As stated in the PayPal User Agreement, recovery of funds associated with a Buyer Complaint cannot be guaranteed.

So there is still a hold on it. Why did you tell me to deposit it?
Call me at the number below on Friday. I copied Erik and his dad on this email because they are the ones that will be sued if I am not paid my money. This transaction crossed state lines.
Why must this be so difficult and unethical and deceitful?
